The AOA Cook Book was conceptualized in one of the AOA meetings in 2011 in Singapore. Mrs. Elizabeth Pasion and Mrs. Janice Lee thought about how to bind the wives of the AOA Surgeons across the ASEAN Region - and they zeroed in on FOOD which is a common denominator but the dish preparations can be unique in each country.
